100 grams of 100% whole, dried Reishi (Ganoderma multipileum).
Grown on a blend of hardwood sawdust and alfalfa, inoculated with millet-based spawn.
Carefully dehydrated at 35°C to preserve their valuable bioactive compounds.
How to Use
Tea or Decoction:
Simmer 5–10 g of dried Reishi in 1 liter of water for 30–60 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
For a daily tonic, brew a larger batch, mix with ginger tea, and store in the fridge.
Make Your Own Tincture
Chop the dried mushroom and soak in 40% alcohol for 4–6 weeks.
Optionally, simmer the leftover mushroom in water and combine both extracts for a dual-extraction tincture.
